Sprout will not have scheduled appointments on Christmas and will be open limited hours on the 26, 28 & 29th. 

As with any other time, if you have urgent questions or need help please text using OhMD. If you have a non-urgent question please send a portal message. If you are not set up for either of these, please email so I can get you set up, or call the office number: 503-877-4485. As always, if you feel it is a medical emergency, don't wait, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room!
