Sprout Pediatrics is only accepting prenatal registrations for newborns at this time. We have a waiting list for all other patients. We always accept siblings of current Sprout patients. We limit our patient numbers to maintain our standard of care and service. When we have the capacity to accept new patients we will post updates here. We are not currently doing meet & greet appointments.

Your choice of pediatrician is very personal, and collaborating to support your children's health and wellness works best with shared expectations. We want you to be comfortable choosing Sprout as your medical home.

If you have questions and haven't already read How Sprout Works, please do so. Our immunization policy is detailed and answers most vaccine questions.

Please call your plan or look on their website to verify Sprout Pediatrics &/or Dr. Kemmerle are in network and verify your benefit tier and copay information. We don’t like surprise bills any more than you do.

Lilay is happy to answer almost any question about Sprout that was not answered in the links above. We occasionally offer ‘Surviving the First Few Weeks With a Newborn’ classes online (check the calendar). Please contact Lilay using the form below if you would like to bring your children to Sprout. Be sure to tell us how you found us or who referred you. We will email you to answer questions, register them or add your family to our waiting list.
