All Sprout kids and their immediate families can get the following immunizations at the Boo-Boo Bash or an office visit.

• Flu and Covid vaccines for people 6 months to 64 years old

• FluMist for people 4 years and older who prefer mist to a poke (until our supply runs out)

• RSV immunoglobulin injection for babies under 12 months old.

Happy Doc families: please message us in the portal to schedule Covid shots for kids 6 months to 4 years old or RSV immunoglobulin injections for babies under 12 months old.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING

Ask your questions in advance!  Send them in the portal or Spruce, or instead of coming to the Boo-Boo Bash, feel free to schedule a ‘sick visit’ so you have time to talk with Dr. K before shots. We want ALL your questions answered before we give shots, but the Boo-Boo Bash is fast! Every family gets ten minutes, so to respect everyone’s time we may ask you to come back for an appointment if you have questions Dr. K can’t answer while operating Buzzy and juggling needles.

You must have a valid credit card on file in the portal before shots. Sprout families should already have one but if not, please add it when you log into the portal to do your forms. (We won’t charge you without notice, and you can read more in our financial policy, just ask us for a copy.)

To get a flu or COVID-19 vaccine, complete the online registration for a Boo-Boo Bash below or schedule an appointment in the office. For clarity and to minimize our financial risk, we will require all patients who would like the COVID-19 vaccine to have a credit card on file before the administration at a Boo-Boo Bash or in the office. All Sprout families should already have a card on file with our secure payment processor, and you can add or change your card information in the patient portal while completing forms before the Boo-Boo Bash.

Boo-Boo Bash Flu, Covid & RSV shot scheduling

Sprout Pediatrics patients and their immediate family members can schedule Boo-Boo Bash appointments now. Flumist is available for all patients over 4 years old, including parents. We are also able to give the RSV immunoglobulin injection to babies 8 months old and younger.

Please book ONE appointment for your entire family and include everyone who will get a shot using their own name. (Eg: Mom Sprout, Dad Sprout, Kid Sprout, & Baby Sprout along with the details of what each person will be receiving.)

You will get an email confirmation with the appointment time after scheduling. You will also get messages in your Sprout portal account with important instructions and forms for EACH person. Family members who haven’t had a vaccine with us before will get a chart linked to your kid’s portal account. Ignore the appointment times in the portal, they may be wrong.

Message us if you can’t find an appointment time that works for your family, you don’t get a form notification in the portal, or you have any trouble with forms.

We will not check you in at the Bash until all forms are complete.

You will be bumped to the end of the schedule for that Bash if your forms are incomplete or you do not have a valid credit card on file. Please finish all portal forms in advance and help us stay on time and get everyone poked quickly & on their way again!
