Insurance plan participation

All insurance plans are different! Each company has many plans with different coverage and networks. We can’t verify that we are preferred on your specific plan. Please call your plan or look on their website to verify that Sprout Pediatrics &/or Dr. Kemmerle are in-network. You can determine your benefits (copay/coinsurance and deductible) and our tier if your plan has different benefit levels. We don’t like surprise bills any more than you do!

**We do not participate in Oregon Health Plan/PacificSource Community Solutions.**
