We always accept siblings of current Sprout patients.

Your choice of pediatrician is very personal, and collaborating to support your children's health and wellness works best with shared expectations. We want you to be comfortable choosing Sprout as your medical home.

If you have questions and haven't already read How Sprout Works, please do so. Our immunization policy is detailed and answers most vaccine questions.

Please call your insurance plan or use their website to verify Sprout Pediatrics &/or Dr. Kemmerle are in network and find your benefit tier and copay information. We don’t like surprise bills any more than you do, but we aren’t given individual plan information so we can’t check for you.

When we have the capacity to accept new patients again we’ll update here and we hope to restart our occasional ‘Surviving the First Few Weeks With a Newborn’ classes online. Please contact Lilay using the form below if you would like to bring your children to Sprout. Be sure to tell us how you found us or who referred you! We will add your email to our waiting list.
