WESD provides services related to Special Education, Technology, School Improvement and Administrative Services that s21 Oregon school districts with a student population of over 84,000 students (K-12).  

The Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) program provides services for children from newborn to five years of age.
